
This valentines day do something meaningful. Connect to your body, regulate your nervous system, and strengthen your ability for connection. By using kundalini yoga we can slow and connect with our mind through postures, chants and breath. Somatic breathwork will provide that deepening element allowing to sweep and clear any blocks in programming around safety, love, and compassion. This allows new pathways to firm and form. Combine this with sound, music, and somatic touch and you have a beautiful loving practice to celebrate the season of love.
