Welcome back to Divine Awakening Center, a center for hope, wellness, and healing. Divine Awakening has always supported my growth and business, and I’m excited to be back there for our Awakening Series. Breathwork, at its core, is changing your breathing pattern to go deeply into your body so you can step out of your overthinking mind. Doing so can help you process in new ways, learn resiliency through discomfort, tap into your emotions, find deep meditation and relaxation, and more.
Join us as we explore healing modalities and find our breath to go deeply into our emotional body. It’s time to let go, give yourself this gift, you won't regret it.
What to bring: yoga mat, blanket, journal, water, and pillows and bolsters as needed.
